COLORING CONTEST - OFFICIAL RULES

1. Participant Requirements:
   1. Participants must be 13 years of age or younger to enter.
   2. Each entry form must have all fields LEGIBLY completed to be considered for entry.
   3. Contest submissions will not be accepted unless ALL participant information is submitted.
2. All entries must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 18, 2026.
   1. One entry per child.
   2. Complete an online entry form below and upload a scanned copy of your child’s work, or complete a paper copy and submit the entry in person to the Southern Highlands Community Association Office located at 11411 Southern Highlands Parkway, Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV 89141 or at the Fall Festival event.
      • Online entries submitted will receive a confirmation email of receipt. 
   3. Entries will be judged in the following age categories:
       • 4 & under
      • 5 - 7
      • 8-10
      • 11-13
3. Winners will be notified by email the week of November 2, 2026 via e-mail. 1 gift card prize will be awarded to the winner in each age category and will need to be picked up from the community association office.
4. All entries become the property of Southern Highlands Community Association. Paper submissions will not be returned.
5. Entrants acknowledge that contest submissions and/or names may be printed in the Southern Highlands Community Newsletter/Facebook Page/Website, Southern Highlands Realty Newsletter, displayed in the Association offices or other means to be used for advertising or other purposes.
